Bay Area Therapist - Promoting Change from Within
Collaborating with clients to create better versions of themselves one step at a time
Everyone has a story that is meant to be heard and I am here to listen. My passion for mental health began when started to experience my own struggles with mental health. I was able to address my own stressors and learn how to manage them through the support of providers, family, and friends.
My goal to help others strive to be better versions of themselves and improve their overall well-being. I work very closely with clients and help them understand the therapeutic process and take it as slowly (or quickly) as needed.
In my spare time, I like to watch reality television shows (we all have our vices!) and dramas, foster kittens, and spend time with friends. I enjoy going to the movies, trying new restaurants, and going to as many concerts as I can!
Feel free to send me an email or give me a phone call if you would like to learn more! I provide free consultations via phone and email.
